Pensacola, FL (WEAR) — Raw sewage from the downtown Pensacola public library has been dumping into the Pensacola Bay for the last several years unnoticed. On Sunday, a person walking near the library noticed fecal matter in a storm drain and smelled a foul odor. The city says no one is to blame.
