and yes, there are bad neighborhoods of Portland. West Bayside, East Bayside, Munjoy hill, Libbytown and the valley st neighborhoods aren’t the best. Parkside and the Old Port are great, but can get dangerous at night. Lower middle class neighborhoods: Riverton, East Deering-ish, Nason’s Corner.
