Phoenix I believe is like Los Angeles for the nine months of gorgeous weather (minus the summers). It also is very clean , has a decent infrastructure and offers world-class entertainment and sports as does LA. Two things we don’t have. The beautiful ocean and the not-so-beautiful traffic.
