Crime rates in the area are a little concerningly high, but that’s pretty across all of Albuquerque, not just exclusive to Nob Hill. Cost of living in houses is much cheaper and more realistic than the many condos and luxury studios in the area. This is probably the best place I’ve lived in my whole life.
