This is what I found……Charlotte, NC is in a very low risk hurricane zone. 30 hurricanes have been recorded in the Charlotte, NC since 1930. The largest hurricane was Jeanne in 2004. The most recent Charlotte, NC hurricane was Alberto in 2006.
