D.C. has a new average snowfall, and it’s the lowest it has ever been. Out with the old and in with the new.Washington’s new “normal” snowfall, based on average amounts between 1991 and 2020, has dropped to 13.8 inches. During the three decades from 1981 to 2010, it was 15.4 inches.
