Yes you can manage without one , (see the Reverend posts Parking in Orlando) but its hard work and not cheap. As one other post says; If you don’t want to drive your best bet might well be a Hotel On I drive where there are free shuttles to parks and I drive trolley to go to shops restaurants etc.
