Casper – The second-largest city in Wyoming, Casper is considered the northernmost end of the Southern Rocky Mountains. Only the northern end of the Laramie Mountains is within a reasonable driving distance of this town, which does have enough tourist infrastructure, mostly clustered along Interstate Highway 25.
