Due to the nature of Warsaw being a cosmopolitan city, Krakow is the cheaper of the two cities. (It is all relative however considering how cheap Poland is). The prices at restaurants and hostels might be slightly higher in Warsaw than in Krakow–maybe one dollar more expensive.
