A recent study by the Austrian Chamber of Commerce published in the press (2 months ago) found that only 1 in 10 establishments in Vienna are offering tap water for free to diners. The majority are charing a price falling in the bracket of 30c to as much as €3.60 for a half-litre of tap water.
