For a start, the University of Oxford is a UK university, obeying the UK doctrine of “apply to study a specific subject and study only that subject to a high level”, whilst Harvard is a US college obeying the US doctrine of “study a broad range of subjects to a medium level”.

Harvard and Oxford are two greatly differing schools, although they have common-ground in that both of these schools are greatly facilitated to help a university student learn and grow and prepare them for their working life.
