According to a survey published by The Telegraph, a whopping 59% of those working in London said they suffer from workplace stress and/or anxiety.

Is life in London stressful?

London is not the most stressed out city in the UK. A 2018 YouGov study found that 74% of the UK felt too overwhelmed or stressed to cope. Protectivity decided to look into this a little further to work out which cities, ages and professions are most affected by stress.
