In general, Brazilian food is mild however it is also jam-packed with Flavor.So when I heard the number one and number two foods consumed in Brazil were beans and rice I was greatly concerned. My parents always made a lot of beans and rice for me and my 7 brothers but it was somewhat plain and even borderline bland.
