Panama is fortunate to have fantastic beaches on both the Caribbean Sea and the Pacific Ocean.As a rule of thumb, beaches along Panama’s Pacific Coast are mainly long and wide with large waves, ideal for surfing, while the Caribbean side offers smaller beaches with calm waters, perfect for swimming and relaxing.
