Is food and drink expensive in Aruba?

Food and drinks especially (even soda pop) can be expensive in Aruba, but there are lots of fast food places and a few cheaper places to eat. There are a few Dunkin Donuts on the island for a quick & cheap breakfast. Cocktails can range from $7.00 U.S. and up each, unless you buy your own ingredients and mix your own.
