Persons wishing to reside in Bermuda must apply for permission to the Minister responsible for Immigration (the “Minister”). Permission to Reside on an Annual Basis allows an applicant to reside in Bermuda on an annual basis and can be renewed at least 3 months in advance of expiry of the one year term.
