It’s a great mid-town neighbourhood. There are great restaurants, it’s close in proximity to the TTC, lots of parks and greenery, and the people are really nice. It’s a good middle-class neighbourhood. There are good schools and it’s family-oriented and safe.

It’s actually not that bad, I lived in Malvern for most of my life and never had any problems. Some areas are a little more ‘ghetto’ than others but it doesn’t mean its unsafe. Whats crazier is that a lot of the surrounding streets and houses are fairly quiet. You only really find problems around the active areas.
