Sydney Boys is the state’s oldest stand-alone public high school (Fort St, while older, also had a primary school). It is the only state school in the Athletic Association of the Great Public Schools of NSW (AAGPS) that includes Sydney’s most elite independent schools such as Sydney Grammar and The King’s School.
