Houston is located about 4 degrees Latitude further South than Atlanta and close to the coast. The temperatures, depending on the season, are about 6 ºF warmer in Houston than Atlanta and the humidity is about 4% higher, again, depending on season. I’ve lived in both areas and the differences are noticeable.

Why is it humid in Atlanta?
