ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP OF THE EU Anguilla is a non-sovereign territory that is constitutionally linked to the United Kingdom. Through this relationship with a member state of the EU, Anguilla has become an associate member of the EU under Council Decision 2013/755/EU, although not forming part of the union itself.
