Most of Buenos Aires looks like Paris. Recoleta is the 16th arrondissement and Plaza de Mayo the 8th. I have European friends who live there and angrily mutter, ”They think they`re European, but it`s only a paper thin veneer.Their clothes are European, though without a European sense of chic.
