Only advice i can give is if you are on low budget and less time Manali would be better option else go to Kashmir. Manali Temperature would be 5 * c to 20 * c. Kashmir has different temperature at diff places like temp for srinagar would be different than pahalgam or sonmarg or gulmarg.
