Prepaid credit cards as a rule will not work in Cuba. Especially not Mexican ones – not to mention you’ll take a bath on the exchange… As ratwalto says, prepaid credit cards are unlikely to work in Cuba. US credit cards and travelers checks won’t work in Cuba.
