Yes. There is a duty free shop downstairs right by the baggage claim area.I don’t believe so, but there was such a pandemonium and congestion in the arrivals and baggage area that I may have missed one. Liquors are readily available in Aruba and at a reasonable price.

The best place to get alcohol is at the duty free shop in either your gateway city or at the Aruba Airport. Your gateway city will be the last city you are in before you arrive in Aruba. There are several grocery stores between the airport and the Holiday Inn.
