Which year cars are allowed in Uganda?

You cannot import a car older than 15 years into Uganda. Before 2018, Uganda’s car importation laws were not stringent. There was no restriction on how old a car had to be for it to be allowed into the country. However, this changed when the Road Safety Act 2018 was passed.
