Are all beaches public in Maui?

There are no private beaches on Maui. All beaches are open to the public.Park in appropriate public parking areas (not in a hotel parking lot that is reserved for their guests), and walk along the access paths to the beach. All beaches and parks are open. Most natural attractions (like Haleakala National Park) and hiking trails are open. Most shops, restaurants, and activities have reopened, although many are required to operate at limited occupancy for social distancing purposes.
