Ordinarily, you’d think the bluest water in the Palmetto State would be the Atlantic Ocean. But the bluest water in all of South Carolina is not found in the Atlantic. It’s in the Upstate. There are a couple of incredibly pristine man-made lakes in South Carolina’s Upstate that are absolutely stunning.
