Can you have alcohol on the beach in Maui?

Liquor consumption laws on Maui’s beaches are often unenforced.To the contrary, consuming liquor on the beach is often illegal. There are so many restrictions on the public consumption of liquor that you may be breaking one or more laws by drinking on a beach. Maui County Code 13.04.

Can you have beer on Maui beaches?

Keeping it classy, Paradise Cove in Malibu only allows beer, wine, and champagne on the surf – no hard liquor. The beach opens every morning by 8, and visitors can drink and be merry all day until it closes later on at sunset.

Can you drink in public Maui?
