Laramie residents are among the safest in Wyoming, according to a new report by the National Council for Home Safety and Security. Their report, titled “The Safest Cities in Wyoming 2017,” ranks cities based on the number of violent and property crimes reported per 1,000 people.“It’s also one of the safest around.”
