Downtown Milwaukee, The East Side: Upper and Lower are pretty safe areas for the most part. Shorewood and Whitefishbay are also areas where you should be concerned too much. The Southside: Bayview and Walkers point, 3rd Ward are pretty safe. The Westside, it can start to get a little sketchy.
